Copious offers shipping globally, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. If you are in Ontario there is $10.95 flat rate.
I believe that Slow Fashion and Upcycling is the future of fashion, which means that when you place your order, your item might not be sewn yet. To reduce waste and avoid being left with sizes that don’t sell, some items might be listed and as orders are placed, I cut and sew your order. So please allow up to 2-4 days for shipping. If you are looking for a gift and need quick delivery, I suggest shopping from the Threaded or Conscious Heart Collection. These styles are all prepped and ready to ship.
There is a PICKUP OPTION at checkout, you may select this if you are able to pick up in Kemptville, ON. If you choose this option, I will be in touch through email, when you order is ready for pickup. If you are shipping your Copious order I use Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.
Returns are accepted for everything except the THREADED collection and CUSTOM orders. Those are final. If a mistake was made on my end, and you do not receive the right order, please contact me and I will send you a return shipping label, and get the right Copious product shipped out. However I am a small business and encourage you to reach out first if you have questions about sizing. If you wish to return a returnable item, you will be responsible for the return shipping label.
