It's time for my favourite blog post of the year, the Under $30 Blog Post, featuring locally made gifts that I gifted to my family last year. Years ago my incredible grandma started a tradition in our family, table gifts. It was a special gift waiting for us at the dinner table, a last treat just when we thought gift giving was done. Between her and I we have kept this tradition alive, and now the next generation looks forward to table gifts as much previous ones.

Passport Pantry

Taste testing this at OOAK was an instant selling factor, seeing as it was the best tasting granola ever! It was a perfect gift for my mom who loves yogurt, fruit and granola to start her day.

Denis Guertin

This fun and easy to travel with game was an excellent gift for my oldest nephew. It is one he can play on his own, or get his cousins involved. It is challenging without being frustrating and it was a big hit with everyone at the holiday's.

Nugs

These are so popular among my nieces and nephew. I picked out ones that I thought suited their personalities, and the best part is hearing the stories and backgrounds that each kid develops for their Nug.

Coach House Shortbread

These shortbreads are out of this world, and made a perfect gift for my grandparents. They both love having a cookie in the afternoon, and these help satisfy their cravings. With both sweet and savoury, the hardest part is choosing which flavour to get!

Made by Bees

Flavoured honey is a fan favourite in our households. We all love a tea, especially as we move towards winter and the cinnamon infused honey from Made By Bees is SO good with all different flavours. It was the perfect table gift for my sister.

Bramble Hill Farm

This was such an interesting gift to give, especially to my Aunt and Cousin, who are avid gardeners. You do not need to be a gardener to grow these, they are super easy {I did it, so anyone can} but it was fun to give to the green thumbs in our family.

Lauren St. Onge

This was a very personal, very special gift. Lauren St. Onge's original artwork inspired me to reach out to her and ask if she could create a custom piece. Something that was personal for our family. Manhattan Friday, is our family's tradition, we would bring dinner and my grandfather mixes up Manhattan's! She created this stunning image for us, and it was gifted to each household as a beautiful ode to our family tradition.
